SIGIC, Slovenia

Founded in 2004, the Slovenian Music Information Center (SIGIC) is a cultural organization of public interest, part of the International Association of Music Association Centers. It brings forward the Slovenian creative potential.

Promotion of Slovenian artists and Slovenian music
By connecting a great number of musical organizations in Slovenia and around the world, the SIGIC promotes Slovenian culture through music nationally and internationally.
– Establishment of a data base gathering information about Slovenian music of all genres and all eras
– Publication of Odzven, a web music magazine offering critical reflection and analysis about current musical activities
– Launch of a portal, the Monumenta musica slovenica, MOMUS, featuring music monuments and sites in Slovenia, in 2018
– Creation of the website Musicslovenia which allows connecting various skateholders of the Slovenian musical scene


Taller d’art, cultura i creació, Spain

The Taller d’art, cultura i creació (TACC) is a non-profit platform for the dissemination of art, culture and design, born in 2010. It promotes artistic and cultural projects through socio-educational programs where young people are the main protagonists.

Giving opportunities to the youth through art projects
The TACC aims to implement a cultural and artistic model that is pedagogical, inclusive and accessible. It also promotes the internationalization of its actions by creating a network of partners.
– Contributing to social cohesion and transformation, involving young people
– Promotion of values such as freedom and democracy through innovation in the approaches and new models of socio-educational intervention


Topophone, France

Topophone is a non-profit organisation under the law of 1901, created in Toulouse in 2012. It carries out educational projects related to music on the scale of the Occitanie region. Indeed, it gives training and brings off interventions on the whole territory. The organization benefits from a national influence through the notoriety of the Ellipse festival.

A project rooted in the territory
Topophone works mainly in the 4 priority districts of Toulouse’s urban area. The organization relies on local partners to implement its project:
Operational partners in the area: organizations working with young people, youth and cultural centers, educational structures in the area (pre-schools, middle schools, high schools)
– Institutional partners: state delegations (Prefecture, Regional Direction of Cultural Affairs), local authorities (Regional Council of Occitania, Departmental Council of Haute-Garonne), the City of Toulouse – they fund 80 % of the activity of the organization
– Cultural partners: Topophone is a member of the Fédération des Musiques Actuelles (Federation of Current Musics) in Occitanie. It intervenes, through its employees, to provide training to the members of the network and it also plays the role of network facilitator on the theme of musical education and cultural actions


Youth Council Next Generation, North Macedonia

Youth Council Next Generation is a NGO created in 2010 in Skopje. Its main goal is to empower youth participation by implementing and supporting projects and initiatives towards youth development. Operating on the local, national and international scales, it provides non-formal education opportunities while promoting European values to encourage the youth to actively participate in society.

Building a generation of educated and aware young people
Youth Council Next Generation contributes creating a new generation of young citizens equipped with competencies, values and attitudes.
– Promotion of non-formal education and European values such as solidarity, unity, diversity, equality, active citizenship, human dignity, social responsability
– Enabling volunteer opportunities as a way to acquire life skills
– Encouraging intercultural encounters
– Raising awareness about the major role of the youth in society
